Why We Exist
The education consulting industry has a problem. For too long, it's been driven by commissions, capped services, and a transactional mindset that puts institutional incentives ahead of student success. Deadlines are treated like business hours. In 2018, we decided to challenge that model.
Career Weaver was created to bring integrity back to student counseling. We built a practice where recommendations are based on academic fit, not kickbacks. Ashwani brings over 26 years of leadership in the global education industry, having shaped admissions strategies at The Princeton Review and Jamboree. His expertise lies in decoding what elite admission committees truly look for—not just grades, but stories, strategy, and substance.
A specialist in Ivy League, Oxbridge, and Tier-1 global admissions, Ashwani has mentored hundreds of students through highly competitive application processes. His approach is grounded in deep institutional knowledge, psychological insight, and a genuine commitment to each student's long-term trajectory.

Inderjeet is the strategic architect behind Career Weaver's operational excellence. His focus is on building systems that prioritise transparency, student experience, and scalability without compromising the personalised touch that defines true mentorship.
Ritesh Desai
Ritesh brings over 25 years of international admissions and visa consultancy experience, with deep expertise bridging the Indian and UK education systems. A mechanical engineer by training, he transitioned into education consultancy in 2000 and has since built a career defined by hands-on institutional knowledge and cross-border insight.
His journey includes years working directly within the UK admissions landscape, where he gained firsthand understanding of international student challenges and institutional expectations. This ground-level experience—combined with British Council certifications—equips him to navigate complex visa pathways and admission requirements with precision.
